I thought you guys might be interested in my guest post at Dumb Little Man:
11 Ways to Improve Your Health You (probably) Haven’t Heard Of
I wanted to expand a little beyond the common ways people normally cite to improve your health. We all know diet, exercise, plenty of water and a good nights rest can do wonders for your health. But if you want to go beyond just the norm?
Neti pots, skin brushing and Tai Chi walking are just a few of the examples I talk about. Check it out here.

Judging by the comments on DLM that critisize this great post of yours tells me we’ve got a lot of work to do to shift people’s consciousness away from “if doctor’s say so and scientific research has proved it, then I’ll believe it”! Most of them will benefit from having a look a “What doctors don’t tell you” http://www.wddty.com – all the stuff that has been researched and are as scary as hell when they just conveniently leave it out while treating you! What ever happened to thousands of years of proof by people who’ve actually used it and done it and it has become part of “folk remedies” because nature actually works this way?! We’ve moved away from how we are actually put together and function in a natural environment and have become tarmacked, cemented and poisoned beings… As a natural health practitioner I see the effects of westernised thinking and doing and can just shake my head at all the nonsense people are happy to believe (research by “scientists” looking at isolated things and disregarding the interconnectedness of everything)! If there is any science that is worthwile looking at it is quantum physics – it “explains” why eastern medicine and philosophy has been working for thousands of years!!!!!
I agree on one thing though, don’t just believe anything you read, anywhere…FEEL and if you’re in tune with your intuition, you’ll feel whether it will work for you or not – in the end we’re all at different points in our lives and development…and genetically you might need and respond differently to anyone else…!!!
COOL blog and post, keep it up, will definitely stay tuned!
